Where the file actually goes
Your browser saves it. On iPhone it usually appears under Files → Downloads. On Android, check Downloads or the notification shade. We do not drop a copy inside TikTok or Instagram.
No login, and no private videos

How do I download a YouTube video on my phone?
Copy the watch link or tap Share → Copy link in the YouTube app. Open www.vidossave.com in Safari or Chrome, paste the URL, and press Download. Pick an MP4. On iPhone, open the download and use Save to Files if the clip does not appear in Photos.
Is it legal to download videos from YouTube or Instagram?
The law is not a simple yes. Keeping a public file for yourself is often treated as a grey area. Re-uploading, selling, or stripping a creator’s name off the work can violate copyright. VidosSave only fetches public URLs. You decide whether you have the right to keep that file.
Can I download Instagram Reels on iPhone?
Yes, if the Reel is public. Copy the Reel link, paste it here or on the Instagram Reels page, and save the MP4. Private accounts will not load. We never ask for your Instagram password.
Does this remove the TikTok watermark?
When TikTok still publishes a clean play address, the HD MP4 on the TikTok page is the version without the logo across the picture. If TikTok only offers a watermarked file, that is what you will get.
Where do downloaded videos go on iPhone and Android?
The browser handles the save. Android usually puts the file in Downloads. iPhone often needs an extra tap: open the download, then Save to Files. The clip does not appear inside TikTok or Instagram.
Do I need an account or a Chrome extension?
No. The website is the tool. Ignore any third-party “VidosSave” add-on you see in a store. We do not put buttons on youtube.com.
Can I download private Instagram or Facebook videos?
No. Friends-only posts, locked accounts, and anything that needs a login stay out of reach. That is intentional.
What quality can I get — 1080p or 4K?
Whatever the platform still serves for that public URL. Many videos offer 720p or 1080p. 4K appears only when the original upload still exposes it. We do not invent extra pixels.
Why did my download fail?
The usual reasons: the account is private, the post was deleted, the region is blocked, or the link is incomplete. Try the full public URL again. Age-gated YouTube that demands a sign-in, and rented movies, will not work.
Is VidosSave safe? Will it ask for my password?
We ask for a public link, not a login. Do not type your Google, TikTok, or Instagram password into this site. Cached files sit on disk for a short time so repeat saves of the same viral clip do not hammer the origin. We do not keep a public library of what you downloaded.
